Thomas "Waails" Scott (Also known as The Less Handsome Scout) is a BLU Scout TF2 Freak intended to look bad, that serves as the TF2sona for the Youtube user WaailsCleanTrash, who speaks in a TTS voice. He used to be known as the leader of a team consisting of eight people: Lil'Leto, Linkabell, MeeMFromHH (girlfriend), CryEngineer, Eddie Souza (father), Phyxia, SomeCleanTrash and Waails himself, called "WCTeam", for five years before he disbanded it, now only having SomeCleanTrash for company with his shenanigans until his resignation from YouTube.

Appearance[]

Waails appears as a BLU scout wearing a violet Polar Pullover, The Boston Boom-Bringer, and The Company Man cap. However, unlike others, he has a different look on his face, having it more ugly and realistic appearance, with black hair, beard, a stitched scar on the right side of his forehead and dark brown eyes. His shirt has visible sweat spots, his pants have fading spots around the knees and his shoes and socks are mostly covered in dirt and mud.

Personality and Behavior[]

Personality wise, Waails seems to be generally laid-back, but mostly doesn't care much about what goes on outside, and prefers staying safe in The HoUSE (Home of Unique Supernatural Events), a wacky, sentient and protective house conjured by Mr. Dan as part of a deal. Is a very good friend of SomeCleanTrash and like a father figure for him, since he had the idea of creating the freak. When at his job as a mercenary, he can be ruthless but paranoid while always ending up dead after at least one kill before respawning.

Abilities[]

Normally, Waails doesn't have powers to use anytime in his scout form, so to compensate, he wields the Scattergun, the Fan-o-War and many bottles of Mad Milk he claims as "His Mann Milk". Before a few changes, he used to wield The Sandman and The Flying Guillotine to kill enemies swiftly, and a shortstop to finish off tougher targets. This makes him one of the most mediocre fighters when in his scout form.

However, he possesses a rage transformation, which has been given by Mr. Dan for a good amount of money as a failed attempt to give him more strength, but instead, whenever he gets really mad, he instantly transforms into a buff and good looking Heavy called "The Fucc Trucc" (Or F.Trucc), giving him enhanced strength, awareness and weapons he can summon, such as his reliable australium minigun he named "ASS DESTROYER" (spelled in all caps); The Fuccvich, his festive sandvich that functions like the normal sandvich; and lastly, his Fists of Steel, used as shield or for beating his enemies the hardest he can. During this form, he mostly keeps an angry frown with widened eyes, mostly humming and grunting and rarely saying a word or two. He seems to wear four cosmetic, consisting of the same two all-class hats Waails wears, The Heavy Lifter and the Jungle Booty, known as "The Fucc Trucc's Fucc Trunks".

When he transforms, there is a very rare chance (Or 100% granted during April 1st's) of painfully freezing before turning into his Spy form called "DoucheSpoi", behaving in a mischievous way, similar to Trollscout. He is equipped with a L'etranger, his Sapper, a Dead Ringer and his Spy-cicle, his melee that is deployed from his crotch when "backstabbing" his targets, freezing them instantly. This form can be the most evil and annoying to deal with, as DoucheSpoi dodges many moves or feigns death if struck before counter-attacking. He is known for annoying engineers while sapping their buildings and for snorting a lot while doing a twisted grin with a head growing two times its size for a second. During this form, he wears the same two all-class hats Waails wears and the Lurker's Leathers. He also has a theme song when in action, which is currenly Trainwreck of Electro Swing from A Hat in Time.

Waails turns back to normal whenever he feels calm, tired, weak or even unconscious.

Weaknesses[]

In combat, Waails lacks heavily in the durability apartment and is easily fooled, the latter may also count as The Fucc Trucc.
DoucheSpoi takes more damage from fire, giving him the fear of pyros and anyone that attacks with fire.

Trivia[]

The only time his real name was mentioned was from a note given to MeeMFromHH in the night she visited him.
Waails used to have a cleaner face and was originally depicted as a Free2Play BLU scout wearing the Gentle Munitionne of Leisure, he was later changed to his loadout, without the custom textures, then his current look.
His TTS voice came from the software "Speakonia, set on "Adult Male #1, American English" voice with a slightly low pitch, medium-high speed and configured to pronounce his name right.
- This makes him jokingly called "Bonzi Buddy" due to how similar it sounds and how popular Speakonia got thanks to him, despite the voice not being the same.
Although he has a TTS voice, he can sometimes speak like a normal scout. Albeit with -5% pitch.
- As for his transformations, The Fucc Trucc has the heavy's voice lines with -10% pitch and DoucheSpoi has the spy's voice lines with no alterations.
The Fucc Trucc transformation is heavily inspired upon The Hulk from Marvel.
WaailsCleanTrash used to have the theme of Angel Dust from Hazbin Hotel as DoucheSpoi's theme, however, due to how wildly popular the show became, he changed his theme to an official remix from A Hat In Time.
His nickname is confirmed to be a mix between "Waluigi" and "Tails" the creator's favorite Mario & Sonic character.
