Dic seems to be more of an Evil character, he brutally murdered the L4D survivors and everyone on Hydro for no apparent reason. And not because he needs food like Painis or Heavydile.

- Kuga, I think Dic Soupcan is more of a Chaotic Neutral freak than a Chaotic Evil one. Chaotic Neutral means the character can easily play the role of good guy or bad guy, which fits perfectly with Dic.
