- "More rubble, less trouble!"
- ―Golem's motto
Golem is a GRY Heavy TF2 Freak who dons a Coupe D'isaster. He was created by YouTube user SarisKhan.
His shared theme is Black Mesa OST - We've Got Hostiles.
Personality and Behaviour
Golem is best summed up as being a down-to-earth and laid back, but also no-nonsense and determined individual. He acts slowly but surely, without a hurry, and seems almost imperturbable even when the situation is dire.
He does not talk much and prefers acts over words. He loyally follows Dr. Schadenfreude's orders, and listens to Razor whenever he assumes command of the team. He appears to ignore Shriek's hijinks most of the time, but every once in a while shows signs of being slightly annoyed.
Powers and Abilities
Golem is quite strong, as his strength slightly surpasses that of a normal Heavy. He is capable of delivering slow, but fairly powerful blows.
However, his more apparent characteristic is his outstanding durability, which is directly related to his super-power. He can take a substantial amount of punishment and remain fighting for a very long time. He is virtually unfazed by light punches and small arms fire.
Golem's main power is his geokinesis, manipulation over earth and rocks. He can summon large boulders or pillars of stone to crush his opponents. Moreover, he can enter Golem Mode, which covers his entire body with an armour of solid rock and provides him with an impressive level of protection against damage, being able to withstand even heavy weapons. In this mode, he is resistant to fire and explosions.
Faults of Weaknesses
- Due to his sluggish nature, Golem is quite slow to react, and as such may be rather easily outpaced or outsmarted by other Freaks.
- He is vulnerable to ice- and water-element attacks, even more so in Golem Mode.
- He cannot use his geokinesis, including the Golem Mode, in places where earth or rocks are not readily available, like indoors, in big cities, on a ship, etc.
