Doktor Oktoberfest is a tentacled RED Medic TF2 Freak created by YouTube user Lucariofan448.

Appearance and Personality

Dr. Oktoberfest is a typical RED Medic with metallic tentacles sprouting from his back. However, the original Freak did not have any tentacles at all; since said tentacles have never been used in or out of combat, it can be safe to assume that they are merely for decorative purposes. His head tends to enlarge itself when using its powers.

Dr. Oktoberfest is a strange individual. His encounters with the residents of the Freak world are random and erratic at best. When he appears, he usually has a goofy expression on his face, often with a mischievous grin. If there's people around at the time he's at a certain area, Oktoberfest will randomly introduce himself by screaming his own name, much to the bafflement of the people watching. This is shortly followed by him shooting whoever is unlucky enough to meet him with a laser, with varying effects.

Despite his goofy manner, Dr. Oktoberfest's actions endanger anyone he meets and wherever he goes, chaos and destruction is bound to ensue. He will also randomly attack anyone on a whim, in many cases without warning, or if he's provoked.

Powers and Abilities

Dr. Oktoberfest is able to fire an energy Lazor out of his mouth, with varying effects. The outcome of being hit by a Lazor can range from transforming someone into an entirely different person, or making said someone's head explode. It is a scream-activated ability and a side effect of using it will enlarge his head considerably. Oktoberfest can also cause large amounts of Scrumpy bottles to appear just by screaming alone, but so far it has no offensive or defensive capabilities.

Being a Screamer Freak, Dr. Oktoberfest can scream at abnormally loud levels. In one instance, the tentacled Medic screamed so loud from being backstabbed, it produced a small explosion within the immediate area.

Faults and Weaknesses

Dr. Oktoberfest is as strong as a Medic, so therefore it is safe to assume that he is frail as one as well.
Dr. Oktoberfest cannot control the outcomes of firing a Lazor at someone.

Trivia

Contrary to popular belief, Doktor Oktoberfest's character was not based on Doctor Octagonapus, who in turn is a parody of the Spider-Man villain Doctor Octopus. Only later did the Lazor firing version of the Freak appear.
